Adobe is recommending all institutions move their Shared Devices access into the Admin Console as they are moving away from serial keys. If you are using key ending in 2453, the key will expire on November 30, 2019. The key ending in 5502 will continue to work through November 30, 2020.

Please note: serial keys only include 2018 versions of Creative Cloud and Adobe software. In order to have the newest updates and version parity between what users can access on their machines versus the lab machines, Adobe recommends moving to Shared Device Licensing.

Please visit Adobe's website for additional information. If you would like further information on SDL, we also recommend that institutions schedule an Expert Session in the Support tab of their Admin Console. The sessions are unlimited and included in the agreement.
