The University System of Georgia has partnered with VMware and Carahsoft to establish a system-level agreement to purchase VMware products at a 25-55% discount. This agreement ensures our institutions are getting the best pricing and support available for VMware products and simplifies the purchasing and deployment process to better serve our campuses.
VMware and Carahsoft will be facilitating customer orders through CDW to ensure all purchases receive USG-negotiated pricing and that all licenses are properly applied to the USG's account for renewal and upgrade purposes.

To place an order, contact CDW directly or email GABoardVMware@carahsoft.com to request a quote. They will handle the paperwork to complete your order using USG-negotiated pricing. POs will be issued directly to CDW; new licenses will not be processed through the standard USG Technology Store ordering process.
